Overview

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means customers have 7 days after receiving the item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

To do an exchange, you must return the item to the shop either physically or by courier delivery service at a €4 charge or contact us at [email protected].

If your exchange is accepted, you will be entitled to an exchange or a credit note valid for 60 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Ä°n the case that an item has been received in a damaged or defective condition, you will be refunded in full once item has been returned to the store and accepted as damaged or defective
